Depois do flop do twitter, a desilusão do facebook. Isto da web2.0 é giro durante uma semana, depois não há mais nada para oferecer além dos cantos redondos (piada profissional).

Posto isto, a minha rede social é o IRC.

Depois de ler este artigo (em inglês), fiquei satisfeito por várias ordens de razões, a saber:

1. As mulheres em geral estão a ficar mais bonitas. Algo que eu já tinha percebido, mas que agora é um facto científico.
2. “This builds on previous work by Satoshi Kanazawa, [...] who found that good-looking parents were far more likely to conceive daughters.” E eu tenho uma filha!
3. “The other was that the most attractive parents were 26% less likely to have sons.” Não tenho 3 filhas e 1 rapaz, mas pelo menos comecei da forma certa.
4. “In men, by contrast, good looks appear to count for little” O que reforça a minha convicção que elas preferem homens inteligentes com sentido de humor.

Lembro-me de há uns anos, num acto de desespero ter feito a barba com a única gilette que havia: uma de mulher.
